Richemont Head of Commercial Controlling position in Hamburg. Lead financial oversight and commercial analysis.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee commercial financial planning and budget management across business units
- Develop and maintain financial reporting systems and controls
- Conduct commercial performance analysis and provide strategic financial insights
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and finance teams
- Lead implementation of controlling processes and financial best practices
- Monitor financial performance metrics and variance analysis
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in financial controlling or commercial finance
- Strong knowledge of financial management systems and reporting standards
- Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills
- Leadership experience in a similar controlling function
Skills
Experience
Minimum 8 years of experience in commercial controlling, financial planning, or related finance leadership roles, preferably within luxury goods or multinational organizations.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. CPA, ACCA, or equivalent finance certification preferred.
