Richemont Group Technology Program Manager in Moscavide – lead strategic enterprise technology initiatives and digital transformation across the luxury conglomerate.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee end-to-end delivery of complex technology programs aligned with group strategic objectives
- Manage cross-functional teams and stakeholder engagement across multiple business units and geographies
- Develop comprehensive program plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies
- Monitor program performance against KPIs and governance frameworks; report to senior executive leadership
- Coordinate with technology, operations, and business teams to ensure seamless implementation and integration
- Drive process optimization and technology-enabled transformation initiatives across the enterprise
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing enterprise-scale technology programs or complex IT initiatives
- Advanced project and program management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of technology architecture, digital strategy, and business transformation
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in matrix organizational environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Track record of delivering programs on time and within budget
Skills
Experience
10+ years of progressive experience in technology program management, IT operations, or enterprise digital transformation, with at least 5 years managing large-scale, multi-phased technology programs in complex organizational environments.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced qualification in program management is preferred.
