Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive program strategies aligned with Richemont's group-wide technology vision and business objectives
- Oversee multiple concurrent technology projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards across geographies and business units
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and communication between technology, business, and operational teams to drive program adoption and success
- Monitor program health metrics and key performance indicators, providing regular status updates and risk assessments to executive leadership
- Manage program dependencies, resource allocation, and capacity planning to optimize delivery across the group
- Lead change management initiatives to support the adoption of new technologies and processes across the organization
Qualifications
- Proven track record managing complex, multi-phase technology programs within large, geographically distributed organizations
- Demonstrated expertise in technology governance, program methodology (PMI, Agile, or equivalent), and stakeholder management
- Strong understanding of enterprise technology landscapes, digital transformation, and luxury industry dynamics
- Exceptional communication and leadership capabilities across multiple organizational levels and cultural contexts
Skills
Experience
Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in technology program management, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership or senior program management role within a multinational, complex organizational environment. Experience managing programs with budgets exceeding EUR 5 million and teams spanning multiple geographies is highly desirable.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent advanced qualification is preferred.
