Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of talent systems projects (implementations, upgrades and integrations) across the group’s brands and regions.
- Partner with HR, IT and business stakeholders to define requirements, scope, governance and success criteria for HR technology initiatives.
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party suppliers, including contract, SOW oversight and performance management.
- Drive data migration, system configuration, integration mapping and end-to-end testing (UAT) to ensure data integrity and operational readiness.
- Plan and execute change management activities: training, communication, adoption tracking and post-implementation support.
- Prioritise and manage project budgets, timelines, risk registers and resource allocation across concurrent programmes.
- Develop and maintain project artefacts: roadmaps, requirements documentation, process maps, release notes and SLA/KPI dashboards.
- Continuously identify process and tooling improvements within talent operations to increase efficiency and reporting capabilities.
- Provide operational support and governance for talent systems, including incident escalation, root-cause analysis and system optimisation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems or a related discipline; Master’s degree preferred.
- Project management certification or formal training (PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent) preferred.
- Demonstrable experience implementing or operating major HR systems (HRIS/ATS/LMS/performance) in a complex, multi-brand organisation.
- Strong vendor management experience with proven ability to manage third-party delivery and service levels.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills with an ability to influence at senior levels and across cultures.
- Fluency in English required; additional language skills advantageous.

Typically 5+ years in HRIS, talent systems or HR operations with at least 2–3 years leading cross-functional, multi-stakeholder projects or programmes in an international environment.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems or related field; Master’s preferred.
