Richemont seeks Group Talent Communities Management Director in Bellevue, Switzerland to lead strategic talent initiatives across luxury maisons globally.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and implement long-term strategic vision and axes for talent communities management, including targeted strategies for creative, marketing/merchandising, and retail talent management across the Group
  • Develop and drive capability development through targeted community animation, specific learning paths, and integration of market trends and external insights
  • Establish and maintain a global 360-degree view of talent management within communities, securing optimal talent pools in collaboration with HRDs and Talent Acquisition
  • Define clear and consistent career paths and job catalogues across the Group, working closely with Group Rewards and leveraging Workday talent management processes
  • Collaborate with Learning & Development teams to support continuous upskilling and design progressive career development frameworks across all functions
  • Build and monitor succession plans for senior management roles across all Maisons' HQ and regional operations, with strong emphasis on high-potential talent development
  • Design and manage operational implementation of international development programs for retail sales experts and high-potential talents within the Group
  • Lead and animate the HR Talent Management community across Maisons and Divisions, organizing regular meetings on strategic priorities and operational projects
  • Align talent strategies with Maison HRDs, regional teams, L&D, and commercial/marketing leadership to ensure cohesive, Group-wide talent management approaches
  • Lead strategic talent projects with clear KPI definition and monitoring; manage annual assessments for retail boutique managers and sales communities
  • Develop and implement communication strategies for key talent initiatives, ensuring effective message cascade across all organizational levels and to top management

Qualifications

  • Minimum 15–20 years of international HR and people management experience, ideally within a large, complex international conglomerate
  • Proven expertise in Talent Management, Talent Assessment, Development, HR Business Partnering, and talent community management
  • Extensive experience within the luxury fashion and accessories industry with deep understanding of creative/design studio functions, marketing organizations, and Maison/regional structures
  • Demonstrated track record in project management with familiarity in retail, marketing, and/or merchandising environments; experience in Finance & Administration is a strong plus
  • Mastery of HR development processes including mobility management, succession planning, and learning & development
  • Proficiency with HR information systems, particularly Workday
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Chinese, Japanese, French, or Italian is strongly preferred
