Richemont Group Talent Acquisition Intern in Bellevue, Switzerland—support global HR recruitment transformation and analytics initiatives for a luxury conglomerate.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate TA transformation initiatives and projects to support the global TA community's collaborative working model
- Collect and consolidate TA-related needs from Regions and Maisons to ensure continued support and alignment
- Support the creation and delivery of TA training programs and recruiting guidelines for the TA community
- Assist with analytics, reporting, and data accuracy initiatives focused on diversity hiring metrics, university engagement, and recruitment success tracking
- Collaborate with Employer Branding and University Recruitment teams on project development and toolkit updates for the HR population
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master's Degree program in Human Resources, Communications, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or related field
- Demonstrated proficiency with technology and data analysis tools
- Strong business acumen with a focus on process improvement and identifying opportunities to enhance current practices
- Excellent written and oral English language skills; multilingual capability valued
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities with capacity to prioritize competing demands and adapt to rapid changes
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Valid internship agreement with school or university

No prior professional experience required; internship role open to current Master's degree students with demonstrated interest in human resources, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
Education
Currently enrolled in a Master's Degree in Human Resources, Communications, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or similar discipline.
