Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of group-wide real estate master data initiatives, including design, delivery, and post-deployment stabilization.
- Define and maintain the global real estate data model, standards and governance processes to ensure a single source of truth for property, lease and asset information.
- Collaborate with IT, ERP teams and external vendors to scope integration requirements, data migration strategies and system configurations (e.g., ERP/EAM).
- Manage stakeholder relationships across real estate, finance, legal, tax and local operating entities to align requirements and operationalise data governance.
- Drive data quality programmes: profiling, remediation, validation, and reconciliation of legacy and incoming datasets.
- Coordinate project planning, resource allocation, risk management and programme reporting against milestones and KPIs.
- Design and deliver change management activities, user training and documentation for business users and local administrators.
- Develop dashboards and operational reports to surface portfolio metrics, trends and compliance indicators to senior management.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of leading master data or data governance projects in a multinational corporate environment.
- Strong domain knowledge of real estate portfolio data, lease accounting and property lifecycle processes.
- Demonstrable experience managing ERP/EAM data migrations and integrations (preferably SAP S/4HANA or equivalent).
- Formal project management qualification preferred (PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent).
- Advanced stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills across finance, legal and operations.
- Fluency in structured data modelling and data quality methodologies.

Experience
Minimum of 5 years’ experience delivering master data, ERP or data governance projects; at least 3 years in real estate-related data or property portfolio programmes, ideally within an international or multi-brand corporate environment.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems or a closely related discipline; master's degree preferred.
