Richemont seeks a Senior Manager, Data and Analytics in Geneva to lead procurement data strategy and analytics capabilities across the group. Full-time role reporting to Procurement Excellence Director.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and articulate comprehensive data and analytics vision and strategy aligned with business objectives, sustainability regulations, and digital transformation initiatives
- Identify, design, and prioritize key business questions that generate value creation through data analysis
- Champion a data-driven culture across the organization, promoting data literacy and analytics-informed decision-making
- Establish and enforce robust data governance policies, standards, and procedures ensuring data quality, integrity, security, privacy, and compliance (GDPR, Non-Financial Reporting)
- Oversee the architecture, design, and implementation of data platforms, warehouses, and infrastructure
- Pioneer and lead the development and deployment of advanced analytics, predictive modelling, and machine learning solutions
- Oversee creation of dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that provide clear, actionable insights to stakeholders
- Design and deliver reporting frameworks tailored to varied maturity levels across 20+ maisons and regions
- Apply data science methodologies to analyse spend and buying patterns, drive cost savings, and mitigate supply chain risks
- Partner closely with Group Data Office teams to operationalize analytics and AI solutions end-to-end
- Serve as primary liaison between data and analytics team, Category Managers, Responsible Sourcing leads, and internal stakeholders
- Communicate complex analytical findings clearly and concisely to non-technical audiences including senior leadership
- Manage and develop a team of data professionals, fostering a collaborative, innovative, high-performance environment
- Provide technical guidance and thought leadership to the team
- Actively upskill the team in advanced analytical methodologies, data storytelling, and next-generation AI tools in procurement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field
- 8+ years of progressive experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data science, or related field, including management experience
- Deep understanding of digital procurement ecosystem (SAP Ariba)
- Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in data science (SQL, Python, R)
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Looker, Power BI, Tableau)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas, data modelling)
- Experience with large-scale data platforms and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP, Google Cloud Platform)
- Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data privacy principles
- Knowledge of database management systems and ETL processes
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and statistical modelling techniques
- Proven track record of developing and executing data strategies that deliver significant business value
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications

8+ years of progressive experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data science, or related field, with demonstrated experience in a management role. Proven track record of developing and executing data strategies that deliver significant business value, with proven ability to translate regulatory compliance requirements into data architecture and collection frameworks.
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
