Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of group-wide people analytics strategy and roadmap
  • Design and implement advanced analytics frameworks to support talent acquisition, retention, and organizational effectiveness
  • Partner with executive leadership and HR business partners to identify critical business questions and translate them into data-driven insights
  • Oversee the data infrastructure, tools, and platforms supporting people analytics across all regions and business units
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for talent management, workforce planning, and organizational health
  • Conduct statistical analysis and forecasting models to predict workforce trends and attrition risks
  • Drive data literacy and adoption of analytics insights across the HR function and broader organization

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in data science, statistics, business analytics, or related quantitative discipline
  • Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in people analytics, HR analytics, or organizational analytics, preferably in a multinational or matrix organization
