Role & Responsibilities
- Support delivery of global learning and development programmes, including coordination of schedules, venues and virtual sessions.
- Assist with administration and content updates of the Learning Management System and training platforms.
- Prepare training materials, presentations and participant communications; adapt content for different audiences and formats.
- Compile attendance records, produce basic learning metrics and contribute to post‑programme evaluations and reports.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to organise logistics for workshops, certifications and onboarding modules.
- Conduct research and benchmarking on L&D best practices and contribute ideas for course design and learner engagement.
- Provide general administrative support to the Group L&D team, including expense tracking, calendar management and project follow‑ups.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor's or master's programme in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and professional stakeholder management.
- Comfortable working with data and producing clear, concise reports; proactive and service‑oriented approach.
- Discretion and respect for confidentiality when handling personnel and training records.
Skills
Experience
Internship or up to one year of prior practical experience in HR, learning & development, training coordination, or a related function is preferred. Experience supporting programme delivery, LMS administration or corporate training events is an advantage.
Education
Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
