Richemont Group International Mobility Manager in Bellevue, Switzerland. Lead international assignments for luxury conglomerate.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of international mobility assignments, including long-term and short-term assignments, ensuring accurate, consistent, and timely execution
- Provide expert guidance on international mobility policies, benefits, and processes to assignees, families, and business stakeholders
- Serve as primary point of contact for business stakeholders throughout the entire assignment lifecycle
- Interpret and ensure consistent application of Group International Mobility policies and guidelines across the organization
- Maintain strict compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to international mobility, immigration, and tax requirements
- Coordinate and manage relationships with external vendors, including tax advisors, and monitor Service Level Agreements to ensure efficient service delivery
- Monitor global immigration, tax, and social security regulations relevant to international assignments and maintain proactive regulatory awareness
- Collaborate with legal and tax departments to ensure compliance and mitigate risks associated with assignments
- Partner with HR Business Partners and Compensation & Benefits teams to prepare comprehensive assignment cost projections and compensation packages
- Provide comprehensive support to assignees and families, addressing relocation, cultural adjustment, and integration concerns
- Maintain accurate records and data within international mobility management systems
- Prepare insightful reports and analyses on assignment costs, trends, and compliance metrics to support decision-making
- Act as subject matter expert, providing training and strategic advice to HR teams and business leaders on international mobility topics
- Drive continuous improvement, optimization, and automation of international mobility processes, tools, and guidelines
- Leverage project management methodologies and Agile principles to deliver mobility enhancements and strategic initiatives
- Promote effective communication and understanding of international mobility policies across the organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, International Relations, Law, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- 5+ years of solid experience in international mobility management with expertise in various assignment types, policies, and compliance (tax, social security, immigration) in complex international environments
- Solid grasp of international mobility trends, best practices, and regulatory frameworks
- In-depth expertise in international tax implications for assignees and the company, including tax equalization, hypothetical tax, gross-up, and social security agreements
- Understanding of employment law, data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR), and legal aspects relevant to international assignments
- Excellent client focus, communication, and interpersonal skills with proven ability to collaborate across diverse teams and cultures
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and demonstrated adaptability in dynamic environments
- Proven capability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with international assignments
- Demonstrated project management skills with experience leading or contributing significantly to international mobility projects
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, Workday) and international mobility management software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in English; French is an asset

Education
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, International Relations, Law, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
