Richemont is hiring a Group Internal Communication Senior Manager in Bellevue, WA. Lead global internal communications and employee engagement for the luxury group.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and implement the group-level internal communications strategy to support corporate priorities, culture and change programmes.
- Develop executive and leadership communications including preparation of speeches, talking points, briefing notes and town-hall presentations.
- Lead global change communications for major transformation projects and M&A-related integration, ensuring timing and messaging alignment across maisons and regions.
- Design and manage content for internal channels (intranet, newsletters, video, webinars and social collaboration platforms) to optimise employee engagement.
- Partner with HR, Brand and Legal to ensure consistency of messaging, employee experience and compliance across jurisdictions.
- Commission and manage creative agencies and external vendors; supervise production of multimedia content and internal events.
- Measure and report on engagement metrics and communication effectiveness; use insights to iterate strategy and content.
- Coach and mentor local communications leads; coordinate cross-functional working groups to ensure unified rollout and adoption.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to develop and deliver large-scale internal communications programmes across multiple markets.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; strong experience preparing senior executive materials.
- Demonstrated stakeholder management and influence at senior levels in a matrix organisation.
- Track record in change communications and employee engagement, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, actionable messages.
- Experience managing agencies, multimedia production and internal events.
- High level of cultural sensitivity and experience working across international teams.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 7+ years of progressive experience in internal or corporate communications, including several years leading multi-market programmes and working with senior executives; experience within luxury goods, retail, professional services or a complex multinational preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing or a related discipline; master's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
