Richemont in Bellevue seeks a Group Employee Benefits & University Relations Intern to support benefits administration and campus recruitment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Group Employee Benefits team with administration, vendor liaison and benefits communications to employees across jurisdictions.
- Coordinate university and campus engagement activities including event logistics, scheduling, and on‑site representation at career fairs.
- Assist with the planning and execution of early‑career programmes, internships and onboarding activities.
- Prepare and maintain accurate data reports, candidate and participant tracking spreadsheets, and post‑event evaluations.
- Draft internal communications, marketing collateral and presentation materials for stakeholder and campus audiences.
- Liaise with external university career centres, recruitment partners and internal HR stakeholders to ensure seamless event delivery.
- Contribute to ad‑hoc HR projects related to employee wellbeing, benefits optimisation and employer branding initiatives.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications or a related discipline.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to craft clear, professional materials.
- High level of discretion and reliability when handling confidential employee information.
- Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.
- Available to work from the Bellevue office and to attend occasional evening or weekend campus events as required.

Experience
Previous internship or practical experience in human resources, campus recruitment, employer branding or employee benefits administration is preferred but not mandatory.
Education
Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications or a closely related field.
