Richemont seeks an experienced Group Compensation Manager to design, implement and manage compensation practices across the Group. The role partners with Maisons, Regions and Central Functions on compensation processes, analyses and global projects, and contributes to the Group Rewards roadmap. Full-time position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain Group compensation practices in alignment with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor compensation program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Support Maisons, Regions and Central Functions with the annual compensation review and other processes, including benchmarks, short-term incentives, long-term incentives and package definition.
- Build partnerships with Maisons, Regions and Central Functions, advising on compensation matters tailored to business priorities and local contexts while ensuring consistency with the Group rewards strategy.
- Provide benchmarks and analyses of internal and external trends and competitive positioning to support attractive, competitive rewards offerings and informed compensation decisions.
- Lead or support global compensation projects, including pay equity, job grading, digital transformation, commission schemes and Pay Transparency, working with internal Finance, Legal and HR stakeholders and external consulting and audit companies; support implementation with Maisons, Regions and Central Functions.
- Contribute to the Group Rewards team's roadmap in partnership with Benefits and International Mobility colleagues.
Qualifications
- Master's degree-level university education or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience in Rewards or a closely related area, including experience in a multinational organization.
- Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits principles and practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Ability to work autonomously and proactively.
- Ability to manage complexity and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strategic thinking and business acumen.
- Project and change management skills.
- Proficiency with compensation benchmarking tools such as Mercer, WTW and Korn Ferry.
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors and Workday.
- Experience with MS Office tools.
- Fluent English; French is a plus.
- Comfort with both strategic and operational tasks.
- Team-oriented approach, strong analytical and synthesis skills, and the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
