Richemont seeks experienced Master Goldsmith in Munich for fine jewelry repair and restoration. Luxury craftsmanship role with premier materials and tools.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive service operations on high-end jewelry, fine jewels, and precious stones, including complex repairs and modifications
- Perform width adjustments on rings, chain length modifications, and professional stone replacement and exchange
- Condition and finish bracelet clasps and bezels to specifications
- Conduct functional testing of closures and movements with remedial work as required
- Assemble replacement components according to manufacturer guidelines
- Operate laser welding equipment with precision and confidence
- Maintain the highest quality standards throughout all repair and restoration processes
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as Master Goldsmith (Goldschmied/in) or equivalent professional qualification
- Demonstrated proficiency in traditional precious stone and diamond setting techniques
- Proven expertise in jewelry polishing, laser engraving, and rhodium plating
- Secure command of laser welding machine operation
