Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute comprehensive service operations on high-end jewelry, fine jewels, and precious stones, including complex repairs and modifications
  • Perform width adjustments on rings, chain length modifications, and professional stone replacement and exchange
  • Condition and finish bracelet clasps and bezels to specifications
  • Conduct functional testing of closures and movements with remedial work as required
  • Assemble replacement components according to manufacturer guidelines
  • Operate laser welding equipment with precision and confidence
  • Maintain the highest quality standards throughout all repair and restoration processes

Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training as Master Goldsmith (Goldschmied/in) or equivalent professional qualification
  • Demonstrated proficiency in traditional precious stone and diamond setting techniques
