Richemont seeks a Global Trade Management Business Analyst in Moscavide, Portugal to join its IT department and lead SAP GTS projects in trade compliance and customs management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in Global Trade Area projects including Trade Preference, Customs Management, and Trade Compliance initiatives
- Ensure effective integration of Global Trade solutions with Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Service, Manufacturing, and Article Master Data processes in SAP ERP
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of existing template solutions within the Global Trade Management framework
- Provide expert functional support and guidance to the Global Trade Management team on scope-related matters
- Analyze complex transverse business flows and evaluate impacts of IT changes related to trade management
- Identify risks and develop solutions within international trade and compliance contexts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of successful SAP project implementation experience in the SAP GTS area (Import, Export, Trade Compliance)
- OR Minimum 6 years of successful SAP project implementation experience in SAP SD/MM areas
- Strong knowledge and practical experience in SAP GTS Trade Preference application (applied to Swiss Free Trade Agreements and/or EU FTAs)
- Experience with SAP GTS Customs Management application (preferably in Switzerland, Germany, or France contexts)
- Basic ABAP reading and debugging skills
- Knowledge of standard SAP ECC or SAP S/4 Procurement, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Distribution flows for GTS integration purposes
- Fluent English proficiency

Minimum 3 years of successful experience in SAP project implementation as a project member in the SAP GTS area (Import, Export, Trade Compliance), or alternatively, minimum 6 years of successful experience in SAP project implementation in SAP SD/MM areas with demonstrated ability to rapidly master Global Trade Systems. Experience with Swiss Free Trade Agreements, EU Free Trade Agreements, and regional customs management systems (EDEC, NCTS, PASSAR, ATLAS, DELTA) is highly valued.
