Delvaux Global Retail Trainer role in Brussels — develop digital training content and programs for luxury retail teams worldwide on a 6-month renewable contract.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging digital learning content (e-learnings, articles, quizzes, videos) for the My Arsenal platform and face-to-face training materials using adult learning principles
- Manage day-to-day operations of the My Arsenal LMS, including content publishing, module organization, usage monitoring, and regional team support
- Organize and co-lead monthly Global Training Community calls to facilitate knowledge-sharing and best practice alignment
- Deliver selected training sessions online, in-boutique, and in classroom settings; support product and seasonal collection launches through live online demonstrations
- Gather, organize, and analyze post-training feedback to evaluate program effectiveness and continuously improve training materials
Qualifications
- Proficiency in digital authoring tools such as Rise, with strong command of PowerPoint and collaborative platforms (SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Canva)
- 1–3 years of experience in learning & development, instructional design, or retail training, ideally within luxury retail
- Proven ability to independently design and produce high-quality digital learning content
- Strong project management skills with capability to handle multiple content workstreams and coordinate across regional stakeholders
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong visual sense and commitment to quality
- Full professional proficiency in English
Skills
Experience
1–3 years in learning & development, instructional design, or retail training, ideally within luxury retail or a similar client-facing environment.
Education
No specific educational qualification is mandated; however, a background in adult learning, education, training delivery, or a related field would be advantageous.
