Richemont seeks a Global Retail Trainer in Brussels to develop and deliver luxury retail learning programmes across its maisons.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design, develop and implement global retail learning programs (product knowledge, sales techniques, clienteling and service protocols) tailored to luxury maison standards.
- Deliver face-to-face and virtual training sessions, including train‑the‑trainer programmes, workshops and executive briefings for store teams and regional managers.
- Create and maintain training materials, e‑learning modules, assessments and certification paths aligned with brand positioning and visual/service standards.
- Partner with regional retail leadership, HR and brand teams to plan rollouts, ensure compliance, measure adoption and drive continuous improvement.
- Monitor training KPIs and store performance metrics, produce post‑training evaluations and action plans to improve commercial and experiential outcomes.
- Act as a subject-matter expert on clienteling, customer journey and luxury sales behaviours; coach store leadership in performance coaching and talent development.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in retail learning & development with a minimum of 5 years’ experience, preferably within luxury fashion, watches or high jewelry.
- Demonstrable experience delivering global rollouts and train‑the‑trainer programmes across multi‑cultural markets.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and frontline teams.
- Commercial acumen with the ability to link learning initiatives to sales KPIs and client retention.
- Availability to travel internationally for in‑market training and project launches.
Skills
Experience
At least 5 years of progressive experience in retail training or learning & development, with proven exposure to luxury retail environments and international programme delivery.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, education, communications or a related field; relevant certifications in training, coaching or instructional design preferred.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Brussels, Brussels-Capital Region, Belgium.
