Cartier Fragrance Market & Consumer Insights Analyst Intern in Paris — 6-month marketing internship starting January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative studies on market trends and consumer insights within the fragrance category
- Partner with insights platforms and fragrance industry stakeholders to build comprehensive market intelligence
- Monitor fragrance and beauty industry trends on social media, particularly TikTok, and prepare recurring trend reports for the team
- Participate in developing a comprehensive consumer strategy by identifying key target segments aligned with the Maison's strategic pillars
- Support the definition of Cartier Fragrances positioning and unique selling proposition in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
- Produce weekly and monthly product performance reports and conduct ad-hoc deep-dive analyses
- Support the Fragrance Market & Consumer Insights Manager with data-driven recommendations to inform innovation and launch planning
Qualifications
- Completion of first six months of experience in roles such as Business Analyst, Insights, or client assistant; experience in luxury or fragrance sectors is a plus
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Comfort with database extractions and data analysis
- Fluent in English; French language skills are advantageous
- Demonstrated curiosity, proactivity, and initiative
- Project management acumen with ability to lead projects autonomously
Skills
Experience
First six months of professional experience in roles such as Business Analyst, Consumer Insights, or client assistance; background in luxury or fragrance categories is preferred.
Education
Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a bachelor's or master's degree programme in marketing, business, data science, consumer insights, or a related discipline.

This position is based in Paris, Île-de-France, France.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 1,300 per month.
