Richemont — Fragrance Coordinator in New York: coordinate Southern California fragrance operations, launches and retail activations for luxury brands.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the regional coordinator for fragrance activities supporting Southern California accounts from the New York hub, ensuring alignment between brand, wholesale and retail teams.
- Support product launches and sell‑through initiatives by coordinating sample distribution, shipment logistics, in‑store merchandising and point‑of‑sale materials.
- Manage and reconcile regional inventory data, purchase orders and stock transfers in collaboration with supply chain and retail operations.
- Prepare regular sales and performance reports, track KPI metrics and present actionable insights to commercial and marketing stakeholders.
- Liaise with external partners (distributors, retail boutiques, event agencies) to execute promotional events, trainings and retail activations.
- Maintain and update CRM, product catalogs and promotional calendars; ensure product information and visuals are accurate across channels.
- Provide administrative support including calendar management, meeting coordination and cross‑functional project follow‑up.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years’ experience in luxury beauty/fragrance, retail operations or brand coordination, preferably supporting regional sales or wholesale accounts.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders with exceptional attention to detail and follow‑through.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the capacity to liaise across commercial, marketing and supply‑chain teams.
- Comfortable working across time zones and travel to Southern California for key retailer events or activations when required.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience).

Typically 1–3 years of professional experience in the luxury beauty or fragrance sector, or in retail/brand operations supporting regional accounts. Experience working with wholesale partners and executing in‑store activations is highly desirable.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
