Richemont Fragrance Analyst – Bellevue, Switzerland. Strategic market intelligence and category coordination for luxury fragrance portfolio.
Role & Responsibilities
- Source and structure competitive data for the fragrance category, ensuring availability of best-in-class market intelligence
- Produce recurring analytical reports including press reviews, financial analyses, and trend assessments for the fragrance category
- Lead ad hoc strategic projects for Maisons and Group management, with particular focus on merchandising optimization
- Organize two annual community events with Maisons representatives to facilitate knowledge-sharing and cross-organizational collaboration
- Coordinate with other Group Marketing departments (media, social media) on initiatives that intersect with fragrance strategy and brand expression
- Prepare and accompany the Group Fragrance Services Director in meetings with Maisons and composition partners, including participation in olfactive assessments for new product development
- Contribute to annual Maison brand equity analyses in partnership with internal Consumer Insights teams
- Serve as strategic partner during annual Maison strategic planning cycles, synthesizing insights for Group senior management
Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in a strategic consultant or analyst capacity
- Demonstrated expertise in market analysis and competitive intelligence
- Prior experience within the fragrance industry or luxury goods sector highly valued
- Fluent in English; strong proficiency in French is advantageous
- Professional mastery of Microsoft Office tools
- Strong analytical capabilities and comfort with data-driven decision-making
