Cartier FP&A Manager in Singapore: Lead financial planning, forecasting, and analysis for ASEAN operations. Richemont luxury group.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range strategic planning processes for Cartier SAM region
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support business cases, investment decisions, and strategic initiatives
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis including variance analysis, trend analysis, and profitability analysis with actionable insights
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership highlighting KPIs and financial risks/opportunities
- Upload budgets and quarterly forecasts into Anaplan
- Act as trusted financial advisor and business partner to Sales, Marketing, Operations, and HR departments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate business drivers and market trends into financial forecasts
- Support strategic projects through financial modelling, scenario planning, and impact assessments
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance reporting ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Monitor and analyze key financial metrics and operational performance to identify improvement opportunities
- Develop and implement robust reporting tools and processes to enhance financial transparency
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, IFRS/GAAP, and local tax regulations
- Support internal and external audit processes by providing documentation and explanations of financial data
- Organize regular compliance training and updates for office and retail staff
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve FP&A processes, tools, and methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- MBA or relevant professional certification (CA, CPA) highly preferred
- Minimum 10–12 years progressive experience in General Finance and Financial Planning & Analysis
- At least 3–5 years in a senior or leadership role
- Proven track record of leading budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes
- Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP), and financial modelling techniques
- Experience within a multinational luxury goods, retail, or consumer goods environment highly advantageous

Education
