Richemont FP&A Analyst role in Singapore | Financial reporting, budgeting & analysis for SEAO region
Role & Responsibilities
- Review, validate, and consolidate monthly financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timely corporate submissions
- Support annual budget planning, monthly forecasting, and long-range planning activities across business units
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis including variance analysis to assess performance and identify key trends
- Prepare financial models to support business decisions and strategic initiatives
- Track actual spending against budget and monitor regional operating expenses
- Provide actionable business insights and recommendations for operational improvement
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within FP&A processes and reporting efficiency
- Perform data extraction, reconciliation, and analysis to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial information
- Partner with business units to monitor cost performance and operational KPIs
- Support month-end closing activities and ensure timely reporting to management
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business, or a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in budgeting, financial reporting, financial analysis, FP&A, or finance operations
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and XLOOKUP
- Familiarity with SAP, BI, and Google Looker
- Meticulous, organised approach with ability to manage multiple deadlines independently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate effectively across stakeholders
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years' experience in budgeting, financial reporting, financial analysis, FP&A, or finance operations within a corporate or regional finance environment.
Education
Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business, or a related discipline.
Workplace
