Richemont is recruiting a Flagship Client Experience Manager in Sydney. Lead luxury client relations and boutique operations in this senior role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional client experiences aligned with brand heritage and luxury standards
- Develop and execute client engagement strategies to build long-term relationships and drive repeat business
- Oversee all aspects of the client journey, from pre-visit communication to post-purchase follow-up
- Monitor client satisfaction metrics and implement improvements based on feedback
- Collaborate with retail and sales teams to optimize the flagship boutique's performance
- Represent the brand at client events and special occasions to strengthen brand affinity
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury retail client management or hospitality leadership
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build rapport with affluent clientele
- Strong understanding of luxury brand values and client expectations
- Experience with CRM systems and client data management

Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury retail client engagement, hospitality, or related client-facing leadership roles in an upscale environment.
Education
Secondary education required; tertiary qualification in hospitality, business management, or related discipline preferred.
