Richemont Financial Planning Specialist position in São Paulo, Brazil coordinating budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis across luxury maisons.
Role & Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data through collection, monitoring, and creation of decision-support financial models for all brands
- Improve financial status by analyzing results, monitoring variances, identifying trends, and recommending management actions
- Prepare annual and quarterly budget reviews in coordination with business units
- Prepare projected cash flow in collaboration with the treasury department
- Prepare monthly results presentations with critical and objective financial analyses
- Determine entity financial status by comparing actual results against plans and forecasts
- Guide cost analysis processes through establishment and enforcement of policies and procedures
- Develop automated tools for reporting, forecasting, and business modeling to enhance productivity
- Conduct market research, information organization, and business valuation modeling
- Partner with accounting department to improve internal processes and ensure financial reporting accuracy
- Perform financial modeling, investment analysis, and ROI assessments
Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis tools
- Strong understanding of business planning, budgeting, and forecasting methodologies
- Experience with financial reporting and management accounting practices
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across multiple business units
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Experience
Demonstrated experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting within a multi-brand or multi-division corporate environment. Proficiency in developing financial models, conducting variance analysis, and translating complex financial data into actionable business insights for senior management.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
