Cartier Mexico City is recruiting a Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to lead strategic financial initiatives and support executive decision-making.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models and forecasting frameworks
- Lead annual budgeting and long-range planning processes across the organization
- Conduct variance analysis and provide monthly/quarterly performance reporting to leadership
- Analyze market trends, competitive positioning, and business performance metrics
- Collaborate with operational departments to support strategic initiatives and business cases
- Oversee financial consolidation and reporting processes
- Mentor and develop junior financial analysts and planning team members
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline
- Minimum 7–10 years of financial planning, analysis, or corporate finance experience
- Proven experience in a senior or management capacity within FP&A
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and Excel
- Strong understanding of luxury goods, retail, or consumer sectors preferred

Experience
Minimum 7–10 years of professional experience in financial planning, corporate finance, or business analysis, with at least 3 years in a senior management or lead role. Experience within luxury goods, premium retail, or multinational organizations is highly valued.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field. MBA or equivalent advanced business qualification is preferred.
