Cartier Mexico City is recruiting a Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to lead strategic financial initiatives and support executive decision-making.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models and forecasting frameworks
  • Lead annual budgeting and long-range planning processes across the organization
  • Conduct variance analysis and provide monthly/quarterly performance reporting to leadership
  • Analyze market trends, competitive positioning, and business performance metrics
  • Collaborate with operational departments to support strategic initiatives and business cases
  • Oversee financial consolidation and reporting processes
  • Mentor and develop junior financial analysts and planning team members

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline
  • Minimum 7–10 years of financial planning, analysis, or corporate finance experience
  • Proven experience in a senior or management capacity within FP&A
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and Excel
  • Strong understanding of luxury goods, retail, or consumer sectors preferred

Experience

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field. MBA or equivalent advanced business qualification is preferred.
