Richemont seeks a Senior FP&A Manager for Cartier in Mexico City to lead financial planning, budgeting, and strategic analysis.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain Cartier's financial outlook, budgets, forecasts, and comprehensive financial models
  • Develop and enhance financial planning processes and forecast accuracy through process improvements
  • Build relationships with Commercial, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Store Planning teams to support strategic planning
  • Conduct thorough variance analysis and prepare monthly financial reporting during accounting close cycles
  • Extract, manipulate, and analyze data from multiple sources including SAP and Anaplan to identify trends and anomalies
  • Translate complex financial data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for leadership
  • Ensure compliance with Group-mandated regulations and implement consistent controlling practices across all Maisons
  • Collaborate with Controllers on cross-functional activities during monthly accounting close
  • Manage annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, comprehensive sales analysis, balance sheet and cash flow analysis
  • Liaison with internal and central brand teams to gather inputs and build comprehensive financial plans

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 10+ years of FP&A experience in large, multinational, publicly traded companies
  • Extensive knowledge of corporate finance, accounting concepts, and IFRS
  • Proven experience designing, building, or enhancing financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis
  • Track record of developing and managing annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, sales analysis, and variance analysis
  • Experience with financial planning software (Anaplan preferred)
  • Demonstrated proficiency in identifying and explaining financial trends and anomalies using data
  • Expertise in translating strategic objectives into actionable financial targets
  • Strong internal controls compliance and advocacy skills

Experience

10+ years of FP&A experience in large, multinational, publicly traded company environments. Direct involvement in full financial planning cycles including annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning. Hands-on experience with financial planning software and demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with brand and commercial teams. Luxury and/or retail company experience preferred.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or other relevant field.
