Richemont seeks an FP&A Manager in Tokyo to lead financial planning, budgeting, and performance analysis for luxury Fashion operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in the Maison's financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to align with business objectives
- Monitor financial performance, identify business risks and opportunities, and provide actionable insights to management
- Prepare and manage capital expenditure plans, track Capex spending, and analyze variances against budget
- Prepare monthly financial reports and ad hoc analyses for management and key stakeholders
- Collaborate with monthly closing activities with accounting teams and key stakeholders
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and financial reporting accuracy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in accounting or finance
- Minimum 5+ years of solid FP&A or finance business partnering experience, preferably within a multinational company
- Demonstrated experience managing full P&L statements
- Strong accounting knowledge including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow management
- Background in retail operations is advantageous
- Japanese native proficiency and business-level English (verbal and written)

Experience
Minimum 5+ years of FP&A or finance business partnering experience, preferably within a multinational organization. Background in retail operations is a plus. Proven expertise in managing full P&L statements and conducting variance analysis.
Education
Bachelor's degree or above in accounting or finance is preferred.
