Cartier seeks a Management Accounting Manager for its Bezannes site in Reims, France to oversee financial performance, cost controls, and budgeting.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Guarantee analysis and reporting of site financial and industrial performance, including ERS, labour hours, expenses, inventory, and capex tracking; communicate monthly results to the Reims CODIR and Central Finance department
  • Supervise construction of new cost standards, analyse variances between standard and actual costs, and implement corrective action plans
  • Lead the complete capital expenditure process including ROI calculation, budgeting, and ongoing monitoring
  • Manage budgetary reviews and financial forecasting in alignment with site and production unit objectives, including hourly rates, expenses, and inventory projections
  • Oversee rotating inventory strategy, consolidate general inventory, and ensure compliance with internal control procedures
  • Participate in financial closures and inventory counts
  • Execute improvement projects aligned with corporate strategy, translate new production flows into financial metrics, and contribute to the site improvement plan
  • Supervise team and serve as member of the site's management committee (CODIR)

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of significant professional experience in management accounting, preferably in demanding manufacturing environments such as luxury goods, automotive, or aerospace
  • Bachelor's degree + 5 years (BAC+5) or equivalent in finance, management accounting, audit, or related discipline
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modelling and analysis, with demonstrated expertise in Excel including advanced functions
  • Hands-on experience with a major enterprise resource planning system such as SAP
  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Power BI
  • Strong communication and presentation skills enabling effective interaction with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work collaboratively within teams and manage priorities in a dynamic environment
