Role & Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement and best practices in financial planning and analysis processes, including performance reporting and purchase order management
• Develop, implement, and evolve robust internal controls and financial procedures to ensure compliance, mitigate risks, and adapt to technological advancements
• Align financial objectives with business strategy, developing scalable financial management approaches across departments and regions
• Support headquarters business partners on Group reporting rules and systems
• Lead and oversee the review and validation of monthly financial closings, adhering to IFRS standards and Group policies with close coordination with Central Accounting
• Prepare insightful personnel costs reports with variance analysis and develop compelling presentations for executive decision-making, including KPIs, trends, and strategic recommendations
• Lead regular business review meetings to discuss financial performance, forecasts, and strategic initiatives
• Identify optimization opportunities and foster strong partnerships with Purchasing teams for effective cost management
• Actively contribute to and lead strategic projects focused on driving efficiencies and building robust financial infrastructure for long-term growth

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Controlling, or Accounting
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Finance or Corporate Controlling roles, including significant interaction with accounting shared service centers
• In-depth knowledge of IFRS standards, accounting rules, and internal control frameworks
• Proficiency with SAP, GCP, Looker, and familiarity with AI applications for financial insights
• Exceptional analytical skills with ability to challenge ideas and propose adapted solutions
• Excellent communication skills in French and English with strong interpersonal abilities

More than 5 years of progressive experience in Finance or Corporate Controlling roles, including substantial interaction with accounting shared service centers. Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement, collaborate effectively within multi-functional teams, and operate in a dynamic international environment.
