Cartier Management Accountant, Le Locle, Switzerland. Support financial control and cost analysis within Fine Jewellery Division.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage invoice collection and purchase order processing workflows, serving as primary interface between operations and accounting departments
- Oversee validation matrices and lead financial data collection campaigns from supplier partners
- Analyze cost variances between actual, budgeted, and revised budget figures for operational activities
- Support operational teams in building and revising budgets for expenditures aligned with business activity
- Monitor product development team hour allocations across project codes and analyze budget-to-actual deviations
- Track cost reallocations between business divisions and coordinate with central finance on development activity reporting
- Serve as primary point of contact for expense management system utilization and technical support to end users
Qualifications
- CFC (Federal Commercial Apprenticeship Diploma) or equivalent commercial education
- Federal Diploma in Financial and Accounting Specialist or equivalent qualification
- Demonstrated proficiency with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP
- Strong ability to work across functional boundaries and departments
- Exceptional organizational skills and process rigor
- Analytical capability and intellectual curiosity

Confirmed professional experience in audit, finance, or controlling functions.
Education
