Richemont is hiring a Financial Control & Reporting Manager in New Delhi. Lead consolidation, statutory reporting and month-end close for Richemont's India operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead month-end and quarter-end close activities for assigned entities, ensuring timely, accurate statutory and management reporting.
  • Prepare consolidated financial statements and balance-sheet reconciliations in accordance with IFRS and group accounting policies.
  • Drive local statutory reporting, tax and regulatory filings in coordination with external advisors and local finance teams.
  • Own and enhance internal control frameworks and accounting policies; coordinate external and internal audits and respond to auditor requests.
  • Provide variance analysis and insightful commentary on P&L, balance sheet and cash-flow movements for business partners and senior management.
  • Partner with FP&A and commercial teams to support forecasting, budgeting cycles and business reviews.
  • Implement process improvements and strengthen reporting automation to improve efficiency and accuracy of deliverables.
  • Coach, develop and supervise junior accountants; ensure knowledge transfer and adherence to group standards.

Qualifications

  • Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CA, CPA, ACCA) preferred.
  • Deep technical knowledge of IFRS and local statutory accounting requirements.
  • Proven track record in financial consolidation, close processes and audit management.
  • Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel modelling skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to influence cross-functional teams.

Experience

Typically 6+ years of progressive experience in accounting, financial reporting or external audit, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or manager-level role. Experience within a multinational consumer goods or luxury environment, and exposure to consolidated reporting, is highly desirable.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline; professional accounting qualification (CA/CPA/ACCA) preferred.
