Richemont seeks Finance Senior Product Owner in Meyrin, Switzerland to lead strategic transformation of Finance & Accounting solutions across luxury Maisons. Richemont.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic transformation and innovation of Finance & Accounting Product, overseeing key initiatives including finance simplification, e-invoicing, accounting capabilities, and M&A integration
  • Serve as the strategic interface between the Group Product Office and Finance Function, ensuring deep alignment of strategic objectives
  • Build and maintain comprehensive product roadmaps reflecting evolving business needs and resource capacity
  • Implement consistent product ways of working (e.g., agile ceremonies, demand management, fixed capacity models) to foster mature product development culture
  • Proactively manage and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies in close collaboration with the Finance function and cross-functional teams
  • Communicate strategic evolution and business impact of Finance & Accounting Product to senior stakeholders, demonstrating contribution to overarching business vision
  • Discover and translate stakeholder needs into strategic product initiatives and requirements through proactive partnership
  • Lead prioritization of product demands in collaboration with Group Finance organization (Business Process Owners, Centers of Excellence, Working Groups)
  • Oversee strategic maintenance and refinement of product backlog to maximize business value, ROI, and capacity alignment
  • Guide technical teams on Finance & Accounting solutions, ensuring strategic product vision is translated effectively into high-quality implementation
  • Facilitate and manage interdependencies across Product Areas, ensuring seamless integration and cross-functional alignment
  • Champion change management initiatives, fostering adoption through comprehensive training, support tools, and documentation
  • Drive continuous product improvement through user feedback analysis, benefits realization measurement, and KPI optimization

Qualifications

  • 10–15 years' experience in projects/products management within multinational, innovative environments, with emphasis on operational finance or consulting
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Master's degree in Business Administration
  • Demonstrated experience with SAP Financial solutions
  • Practical background in operational finance roles (e.g., controlling, accounting)
  • Big 4 or equivalent consulting/audit experience (preferred)
  • Proven expertise in business process facilitation, change management, and cross-functional problem-solving
  • Knowledge of collaborative product management solutions and Agile frameworks/methodologies (preferred)
  • Hands-on experience implementing Product Owner techniques (e.g., customer journeys, personas, discovery, agile ceremonies) (preferred)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational capabilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to engage at all organizational levels including C-suite
  • Ability to anticipate business change through emerging technologies
  • Proven success in team-oriented, collaborative environments

Education
