Richemont Finance Retail Trainee position in Milan, Italy—6-month internship supporting luxury boutique accounting and retail finance operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and fiscal support to Richemont's retail boutique network, collaborating on operational and digitalization initiatives
- Reconcile retail and credit card accounts using SAP and dedicated credit card management tools, ensuring accurate posting and recording
- Participate in annual boutique stock controls and coordinate inventory processes across the retail network
- Support the Retail Finance team in conducting fiscal controls over export sales and recurring retail sales transaction reviews
- Manage boutique payment transactions and bank transfers processed through the SAP system
- Analyze discrepancies within boutique inventory and resolve operational red-flag issues with comprehensive monthly documentation
- Serve as a Finance SAP user for new retail projects and contribute to the development of the Retail Finance Italy Community
- Analyze monthly reports in compliance with the Group's Internal Control System (ICS) requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Management, or related discipline
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- SAP knowledge considered advantageous

Experience
Recent graduate or candidate with minimal professional experience in finance or retail operations; internship or trainee-level background acceptable.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Management, or similar discipline.

The successful candidate will be located in Milan, Lombardy, Italy.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 900 per month.
