Richemont is seeking a Finance Operations Controller to partner with its Maisons and boutique teams in Dubai, strengthening compliance, financial controls and retail processes while supporting analysis and projects such as boutique openings, e-commerce, SAP implementation and Maison integration. The role is full-time.
Role & Responsibilities
- Partner with Maisons on Finance Operations, advising on compliance, controls and day-to-day boutique operations.
- Train and share knowledge with boutique teams to strengthen their understanding of processes and procedures.
- Conduct internal control reviews, compliance assessments and boutique audits, and follow up on identified actions.
- Support inventory controls, stock takes, consignment reviews and other key retail finance processes.
- Prepare sales analyses, retail KPIs and ad hoc business reports for Maisons.
- Support boutique openings, closures and key operational activities, ensuring appropriate processes, tools and controls are in place.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of retail processes, procedures, controls and systems.
- Coordinate and support Finance-related projects, including e-commerce, SAP implementation, new Maison integration, and internal and external audits.
Qualifications
- Relevant experience in Finance Operations.
- Strong understanding of financial controls, compliance and operational processes.
- Analytical mindset and ability to interpret business performance and prepare meaningful reports.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with confidence partnering with Finance, Maison and boutique teams.
- Organised and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Experience in retail, luxury or a multi-brand environment is advantageous.
- Comfortable supporting cross-functional projects and operational change.
