Role & Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations and financial reporting processes
- Oversee budget development, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with IFRS standards and Italian fiscal regulations
- Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to senior management
- Supervise accounting team members and coordinate with internal audit functions
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and manage month-end/year-end close procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent)
- Minimum 7–10 years of progressive accounting or finance management experience
- Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting and budgeting
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and Italian tax regulations
- Proficiency in financial management systems and ERP platforms
