Role & Responsibilities
- Support the risk management team in identifying, documenting and monitoring enterprise and operational risks across business units.
- Assist with the preparation and coordination of insurance renewals, policy comparisons and broker communications.
- Compile and maintain risk registers, insurance schedules and claims files; ensure documentation accuracy and audit readiness.
- Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to support loss exposure assessments, premium allocation and retention strategies.
- Prepare management reports, presentations and dashboards summarising key risk indicators, claims trends and mitigation actions.
- Collaborate with legal, finance and business stakeholders on incident investigations, third‑party claims management and remediation activities.
- Contribute to ad‑hoc projects such as contract reviews, compliance checks and process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, Actuarial Science, Economics or a closely related discipline.
- Strong numerical aptitude and demonstrated ability to analyse financial and operational data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to prepare concise reports and stakeholder‑facing presentations.
- High attention to detail, organisational discipline and the ability to manage multiple deliverables under deadlines.
- Prior internship or coursework in finance, insurance, risk or corporate governance is advantageous.
