A. Lange & Söhne: Finance, Governance, Risk & Compliance internship in Glashütte, Germany starting January 2027.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct independent process and control audits within the Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICFR) system
  • Support process documentation and analysis activities
  • Ensure financial operations comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal guidelines (HGB and IFRS)
  • Contribute to the development of Non-Financial Reporting on sustainability, social matters, and supply chain
  • Assist with certifications and audits, including Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC) compliance
  • Collaborate across departments to assess financial and non-financial risks
  • Evaluate potential risk impacts on the organization and support mitigation strategy development

Qualifications

  • Pursuing or recently completed degree in economics, finance, auditing, controlling, or sustainability management, preferably in advanced semesters
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Structured and systematic work methodology
  • Collaborative team player with commitment and effective communication skills
  • Understanding of ERP systems and Business Intelligence tools
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Fluent German and English (verbal and written)

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position is EUR 2,238 per month.
