Role & Responsibilities
- Manage financial accounting operations and oversee preparation of financial statements in compliance with IFRS standards
- Direct accounting team members and coordinate the execution of month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Monitor and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external auditors to facilitate audit processes and financial controls reviews
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent professional accounting qualification preferred
