Richemont is recruiting an EMEA Field Trainer Manager in Paris to lead training and development across luxury retail operations in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programmes for retail and field teams across the EMEA region
- Design curriculum materials and training content aligned with luxury brand standards and operational excellence
- Conduct on-site training sessions and coaching to ensure consistent brand representation and service quality
- Monitor training effectiveness through performance metrics and participant feedback
- Collaborate with regional management to identify skill gaps and training priorities
- Build and mentor a team of training facilitators and coordinators
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and luxury service standards across all field operations
Qualifications
- Proven experience in training and development within luxury retail or hospitality
- Strong understanding of EMEA market dynamics and regional business practices
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in English; proficiency in additional European languages preferred
- Experience managing training programmes at scale across multiple locations
- Ability to adapt training content for diverse audiences and cultural contexts

Experience
5-7 years of professional experience in training, learning and development, or field operations management within luxury retail, hospitality, or similar customer-facing sectors
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related discipline; training certification (CIPD, Train the Trainer, or equivalent) is advantageous
