Richemont Field Services Intern in Bellevue, Switzerland. IT support internship starting October 2026, assisting with deployment and end-user support.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist with ongoing IT projects and deployment activities within structured timelines
- Execute operational tasks assigned by project teams and mentors, reporting identified risks and issues promptly
- Follow and promote Group IT standards and compliance guidelines
- Participate in staging, configuring, deploying, and administering hardware and software components under supervision
- Assist in proactive monitoring of local IT infrastructure and services
- Manage proper operational follow-up of issues and assist in structured escalations to relevant support teams
- Deliver customer-centric support to business users through available communication channels
- Assist in promoting self-service technologies and tools to encourage end-user adoption
- Maintain flexibility and adapt to the FSS team's rotational support model
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with office suites and standard hardware/device setups
- Strong customer-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills
- Fluency in French; professional proficiency in English highly advantageous

Internship level; hands-on exposure to IT support and field services in a professional environment highly valued. Entry-level candidates with strong foundational knowledge in IT are encouraged to apply.
