Richemont seeks a FA Production Planner in Milan to manage production scheduling, capacity planning and shop-floor coordination for luxury manufacturing.

Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the master production schedule for assigned product families, ensuring alignment with demand forecasts and commercial priorities.
- Translate forecasts and orders into detailed production orders and capacity plans, optimising shop-floor sequencing and load balancing.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with procurement, quality, R&D and manufacturing ateliers to ensure timely material availability and order release.
- Monitor production progress and KPIs (on-time delivery, throughput, scrap), identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to meet delivery targets.
- Manage changeovers, accelerate or de-prioritise orders as required to respond to short-term fluctuations in demand or supply disruptions.
- Maintain accurate production order records and communicate schedule changes to stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in planning processes, MRP settings and inventory control to reduce lead times and costs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
- Demonstrable experience in production planning within precision manufacturing, watchmaking, jewellery or luxury goods (typically 3–5 years for mid-level).
- Strong analytical aptitude with experience managing MRP/production schedules and capacity planning.
- Fluent Italian and professional working proficiency in English (preferred for a Milan-based role).
- Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to liaise across ateliers, procurement and commercial teams.

Mid-level production planning experience in precision or luxury manufacturing, ideally within watchmaking, jewellery or high-end accessories. Proven track record of managing MRP, capacity constraints and multi-site coordination.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
