Richemont is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to maintain its building and systems, support facilities operations, conduct technical tests and inspections, and coordinate work schedules. The role also requires compliance with HSE procedures and ongoing development of technical skills.

Role & Responsibilities

• Maintain the building, including ensuring the proper functioning of electrical and heating systems and performing landscaping work.
• Support team members by carrying out facilities management activities.
• Conduct complex tests to verify specifications and reject nonconforming materials or articles.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment for emergency repairs and perform preventive maintenance routines.
• Carry out routine technical troubleshooting, including basic diagnostics and simple problem-solving related to equipment and experiments.
• Complete comprehensive clean-up assignments using established systems and protocols.
• Follow health, safety, and environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and mandatory instructions to identify and mitigate risks and safeguard the environment and the well-being of self and others.
• Conduct complex analyses, quality tests, and inspections requiring a high level of independent judgment.
• Organize work schedules to ensure tasks are completed, coordinate with support services, and assign short-term tasks to others when necessary.
• Develop a thorough understanding of the organization's policies, procedures, regulatory codes, and codes of conduct relevant to the role, and comply with mandatory procedures.
• Enhance process or technical skills through assessment and development planning, formal and informal training, and coaching.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary non-tertiary education.
• Sound experience and understanding of straightforward procedures or systems.
• Limited managerial experience.
