Richemont Executive Assistant to COO & CFO in Schaffhausen. Full-time opportunity supporting C-suite executives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage calendar scheduling, meetings, and travel arrangements for both executives
- Prepare briefing materials, reports, and presentations for board and senior management meetings
- Handle confidential correspondence and maintain detailed records of executive interactions
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and initiatives requiring C-suite oversight
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of executives
- Process financial and operational documentation requiring executive review
- Assist with special projects and strategic initiatives as directed
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar senior administrative role
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong written and verbal communication in English and German
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business productivity software
- Experience supporting C-suite executives or board-level operations
