Richemont seeks an Executive Assistant to CPO & People Experience Manager (60%). Based in Schaffhausen, supporting luxury leadership.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive executive-level administrative support to the Chief Product Officer, managing calendar, correspondence, and meeting logistics
- Oversee People Experience initiatives, including employee engagement programmes and internal communications
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between executive leadership and departmental teams
- Prepare strategic documentation and presentations for senior management and board-level discussions
- Manage organizational events and initiatives that foster employee wellness and workplace culture
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar executive support role within a luxury or international corporate environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French
- Familiarity with People Experience, HR processes, or employee engagement initiatives
Skills
Experience
3–5 years of executive administrative experience, preferably in a luxury goods company, multinational corporation, or complex organizational environment
Education
Secondary education with professional certifications in business administration or executive assistance preferred
