Role & Responsibilities

  • Master dynamic and rapidly evolving agenda management for the Chief People Officer, including meeting coordination and meeting preparation and follow-up
  • Orchestrate bespoke travel arrangements and reliably manage all visa formalities and subsequent travel expense reconciliation
  • Develop professional presentations for internal and external stakeholder meetings
  • Organize and coordinate workshops and team events that strengthen team cohesion and operate flawlessly
  • Build a strong internal network by proactively collaborating with executive assistant functions across IWC and the Richemont Group
  • Provide strategic administrative support to the Chief People Officer's office, ensuring a professionally organized daily environment including office management and supply logistics
  • Design, moderate, and continuously evolve the onboarding experience for new team members to create a memorable first impression at IWC
  • Lead and actively shape the "Energized!" health and wellness program, bringing personal ideas and vision to the initiative
  • Conceive and execute inspiring Lunch & Learn events and comprehensive health and wellness activities
  • Design motivating training and workshop offerings for employees across the organization
  • Manage and optimize various "Energized!" benefits and program offerings
  • Moderate and coordinate the "Energizer Committee" to connect employee wellness ambassadors throughout the enterprise
  • Shape internal communications on health and wellness topics via intranet, Viva Engage, and digital displays to inspire and engage the workforce
  • Maintain fiscal responsibility for the wellness program budget

Qualifications

  • Hands-on personality with exceptional organizational talent, forward-thinking and independent working style paired with high flexibility and agility
  • Strong communication and moderation skills with interpersonal and cross-cultural sensitivity
  • Experience as an Executive Assistant in a similar role is highly valued
  • Commercial training, business administration degree, or equivalent qualification
  • Fluent and professionally confident in German and English
  • Empathetic, cheerful, and discreet personality capable of building rapport quickly with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Teams, OneNote, SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint (experience with Canva is a plus)
