Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide high‑calibre executive support to the Chief Human Resources Officer (Cartier North America), including comprehensive calendar and travel management.
  • Serve as a discreet gatekeeper and primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, prioritising requests and routing matters appropriately.
  • Prepare and edit executive correspondence, briefing notes, presentation decks and confidential HR documents for senior leadership.
  • Coordinate complex, multi‑party meetings and offsites across North America and with global counterparts; manage agendas, logistics and follow‑up actions.
  • Own expense, travel and logistics processes in partnership with finance and travel teams to ensure policy compliance and timely reconciliation.
  • Manage special projects and cross‑functional initiatives on behalf of the CHRO, tracking deliverables and liaising with HR, legal, and executive teams.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality on sensitive HR matters, personnel files and executive communications.
  • Identify process improvements to optimise the CHRO office workflow and enhance executive productivity.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience supporting C‑suite executives, preferably in HR or within luxury goods/retail environments.
  • Exceptional discretion and ability to handle confidential personnel and operational information.
  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills with strong business writing and presentation capabilities.
