Role & Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior executives, including proactive calendar and inbox management.
- Coordinate complex international travel itineraries, visas and expense reporting; manage travel suppliers and corporate booking tools.
- Prepare, edit and format presentations, briefings and confidential correspondence; ensure materials meet maison standards.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, events and cross‑functional stakeholder briefings, including agenda-setting and minute-taking.
- Act as a discreet point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing requests and escalating issues appropriately.
- Support small projects and ad-hoc initiatives, liaising with HR, legal, finance and external partners as required.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and exercise sound judgement in handling executive priorities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, communications, hospitality or a related discipline preferred.
- Proven track record of discretion, professionalism and exceptional organisational ability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise competing demands, work independently and deliver to tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Minimum 5 years’ experience supporting senior executives or C‑suite leaders, ideally within a multinational corporation or luxury goods environment; demonstrated experience managing complex diaries, international travel and confidential matters.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; diploma in administration or executive support advantageous.
