Richemont Executive Assistant internship in Paris; 6-month program supporting executive leadership and administrative operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendar and coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and events
- Handle correspondence, email management, and document preparation for senior leadership
- Coordinate internal and external communications between executives and stakeholders
- Prepare reports, presentations, and administrative documentation
- Support project coordination and follow-up on executive directives
- Maintain confidentiality and organize sensitive executive information
Qualifications
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Professional communication abilities in French and English
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business software
