Richemont seeks an Executive Assistant in New York to support Marketing & Communications leadership with calendar management, project coordination, and strategic administrative functions.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, scheduling, and travel arrangements for senior marketing and communications leaders
  • Coordinate cross-departmental meetings, events, and brand initiatives
  • Prepare, edit, and distribute strategic communications and presentations
  • Maintain confidential records and manage sensitive corporate documents
  • Serve as a liaison between marketing, communications, and executive leadership
  • Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns and communications strategies
  • Handle administrative operations including correspondence, databases, and reporting

Qualifications
