Richemont seeks an Executive Assistant for maternity cover in London. Provide administrative support to senior leadership.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars and schedule high-level meetings and events
- Prepare and distribute executive correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Serve as primary liaison between senior management and internal/external stakeholders
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics for executives
- Maintain confidential records and manage sensitive business information
- Support board and committee meetings with documentation and administrative coordination
- Manage expense reporting and budget tracking for the executive office
- Assist with special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar senior-level administrative role
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain discretion and handle confidential information
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor

Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in an executive assistant, senior administrative, or similar supporting role within a professional, corporate, or luxury environment. Previous experience supporting C-level or senior management preferred.
Education
Secondary education required; tertiary qualification in business administration, executive secretarial studies, or related field preferred.
