Richemont seeks an Executive Assistant to support International Marketing Direction in Paris. Luxury executive support role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars and coordinate complex multi-stakeholder meetings across time zones
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive strategic documentation and marketing reports for senior leadership review
- Serve as liaison between the International Marketing Direction and internal departments, ensuring effective communication
- Organize and coordinate international marketing events, conferences, and business development activities
- Monitor and process financial documentation, expense reports, and procurement requests related to marketing operations
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive strategic information and executive communications
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience as an executive or marketing assistant in a luxury or multinational corporate environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and enterprise software systems
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize competing demands
- Professional fluency in English and French, both written and oral
- Discretion, professionalism, and strong interpersonal skills

Education
