Richemont seeks an Executive Assistant for Finance & Operations in New York to support senior leadership with administrative excellence and strategic coordination.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior finance and operations executives, managing calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and initiatives between finance and operations departments with meticulous attention to detail
- Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and board materials with sophisticated formatting and data visualization
- Manage confidential communications and ensure compliance with corporate governance protocols and information security standards
- Serve as the first point of contact for executive matters, screening communications and prioritizing urgent items
Qualifications
- Proven experience as executive assistant or similar senior administrative role in financial services or luxury goods environment
